T-Shirts

T-shirts are made to order and take a couple of days to a week to produce + shipping.

Please note: Items may arrive separately!

Books

Books are fulfilled via Lulu print-on-demand. This means every book is printed per order to reduce waste. Please allow 8-15 days for production and shipping!

Digital Products

Digital products are emailed to you directly after purchase. Make sure you include your email address when purchasing.

Lost & Stolen Packages

I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If a package doesn't show up, I will do my best to help track it down and find a way to make it right. Please keep track of your tracking information.

Incorrect Address

Please confirm your address is correct when ordering, and email me ASAP at heartledcreates@gmail.com to correct incorrect addresses. Once items have shipped, I cannot change the address and will not send a replacement product if the error is not on my end.
