if you have a heartbeat, you have intuition and you can use it to guide your life. heart led is a trauma-informed workbook that reconnects us to what’s already inside of us to create fulfilling lives where we are in touch with our aliveness, creativity, purpose, and joy, all through the power of our intuition. written for marginalized people in mind, this book is to uplift communities that are typically unconsidered, and unrepresented in wellness spaces. this is not a love and light process that erases personal or systemic issues—it’s a raw, real, and honest lens on intuition, creativity and coming home to the self in a world that constantly pulls us away from who we are.

216 pages with practices, prompts, exercises, and a journaling section. chapters include anxiety vs intuition, urgency, desire & manifesting, shame, boredom, flow state & so much more!
